Decorating Day
Tue, Dec 2, 7am – 7pm
Silent Auction Item Form Due by November 23
Because of your participation, the Festival of Trees Silent Auction raises approximately $30,000 each year, directly supporting hope, healing, and brighter futures through children’s mental health services. Thank you for making this possible!
Registered Silent Auction Designers drop off decorated tabletop trees, wreaths, and swags at the Helena Civic Center beginning at 7 am. Set up must be fully complete by 7 pm. Please bring your item completely decorated, limiting the amount of set-up required.
Be sure you have read your registration confirmation email for details. (Confirmation emails send automatically upon registration submission. If you do not see it, check your junk and spam folders.)
Follow the link in that email to complete the form with your title, description, designers, and value. This form is needed by November 23 for your item to have a sign by it and be entered into the mobile bidding software.
One form must be completed online for each silent auction item.

Tea in the Trees
Wed, Dec 3, 11:30am
Hostesses reserve a table, invite seven friends, and set a beautiful Tea Table using their own linens, dishware, tea service, and centerpiece. Advanced registration is required for hostesses. The cost is $350 for a table of 8.
A limited number of individual tickets are available to attend as a guest of Intermountain. $50/seat.

Evening in the Trees
Thur, Dec 4, 5:30 – 8:30pm
Helena Civic Center. $30 advance ticket purchase
Enjoy an evening strolling through the beautiful Festival Trees and Silent Auction Mezzanine to the music of the David a& Deidre Casey Band, while enjoying complimentary hors d’oeuvres, champagne, and sparkling cider.
This is a 16 & older event. No children, please.

Starlight Gala

Dinner and Live Auction. $150/seat
This formal, invitation-only, exclusive evening begins with a sumptuous dinner catered by Chili O’Brien’s, followed by the highly anticipated live auction of the Ballroom Festival Trees.

The Starlight Gala is an invitation-only event that fills quickly and serves as the Festival’s pinnacle fundraising event in support of Intermountain.

Family Days

Helena Civic Center. $5 advance ticket purchase. Kids 3 & under are free
Kids will be issued a Passport upon entry to travel the Wonderful World, collecting stamps at each station. Enjoy live youth performances in the Auditorium all weekend long.
